Wichita State University Hispanic American Leadership Organization (HALO) was established for the purpose of better serving the people, community and fellow students. WSU HALO emphasizes and educates the cultural heritage, language and traditions of Latin cultures directly toward the WSU body and the people of the greater Latino Wichita community.
